Bruce Springsteen in tier list
very consistent. I feel he uses music as a structure to deliver stories more than he uses it to deliver the music itself- this means the music (especially in such quantities) can become dull and repetitive, and I don’t connect enough with his stories for that to be worth it
EDIT: I really don’t connect enough and they all do sound the same, I did a relisten where I just chucked out tons of songs, all the maybes that had become nos, and was left with very little that I actually wanted to keep
EDIT: upon my overhaul I decided there’s just not enough about him that I like. There aren’t really many negative elements, but there are just no real positive elements either, I have to say I don’t like him, even if I don’t dislike him
