pretty good, second album is legit. overall some stuff that’s just super okay, some stuff I rather like
RELISTEN1: first album is alright, the songs that liked that grew on me, that made me want to do the relisten in the first place, are legit. I like those songs. There are a fair number of them, but they are the exception. Most songs there are a little too off-kilter to actually be enjoyable to listen to, a little too weird, a little too in-your-face about how weird they are. Second album is solid, I like it a lot. Not every song is a banger, but every song is good, they all work together well, and there are a couple songs I do really like. It’s a good album. I don’t think it’s enough to get Tally Hall into the As, though. I think they’re solid and there’s a lot I like about them, but I’m not attached enough to them to really bump them up like that. And besides, my B+ artists are all really solid, those aren’t easy to beat. I’m moving them up a little bit within B+, but not a lot, I’m mostly happy with where they are
