it’s got the weirdness/off-kilter vibe present in KNOWER and Louis Cole, but without the stuff that makes me really want to listen closely to it. The weird parts are more confusing than intriguing, and the fun parts are fewer and farther between. I don’t dislike it, I think there’s still a lot good about it, but I’m not enamored with the idea of working to feel the good. The good just isn’t super easily present, I don’t love listening to it, C-

It was funny because every time a song really caught my ear I looked at the song credits and there was Louis Cole. After each album would finish Apple Music would play a ‘similar’ song, which would get my attention, so I would look and there it was, KNOWER. So hmmm. Apparently I really dig Louis Cole. Genevieve gets a C.
