he’s the other half of The Format, that’s him and Nate Ruess (of fun.). I definitely feel like Means was the real songwriter for The Format. Ruess’ voice is pretty signature at this point, that’s an iconic part of fun. and fun. was pretty hugely successful. But Ruess’ solo stuff is not very good, and Means’ is solid. I’m pretty torn on the B I’m giving here, to be honest. I feel like my high Bs and low B+s need some work, there are some pieces there that I’m not quite sure line up how they ought to. But for now it is what it is, high B for Means. Maybe that’ll go up, I can’t imagine it goes down. There’s nothing I don’t like, it just doesn’t have enough of an impression in my mind yet
