This is, unless I’m totally wrong, Oasis after Noel left. Dunno why I put it off for so long—I did Oasis and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds pretty close to back to back, and just left Liam in the lurch, I guess. My b.
I like it fine enough. I genuinely don’t have anything against it. But it felt like everything I’ve already heard before, there wasn’t anything in it that I wanted to listen to, that I wanted to keep and hear more of. I listened to Different Gear, Still Speeding a third time because the first two just didn’t stick at all. The third listen did not really help. I liked Be a little better, but it’s still not my jam. Frankly, the songs I most liked were the ones that just reminded me of the type of stuff Noel does with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.
So, sorry Liam, sorry rest of the gang. Not my jam, D
