I think I felt largely indifferent until “Pull.” That one hooked me pretty well, and after that I was much more inclined to listen closely, and do more than just my minimum two listens. I like it, it’s fun. To be totally honest, I feel like it starts scratching an itch but doesn’t ever really scratch it all the way. There are times where it’s almost exactly something I want that I didn’t know I wanted, but mostly it feels like solid indie pop. It gets a little quirky and fun with lyrics, but other than that I think it’s just pretty good stuff. I don’t have much more to say about it than that. I like it enough for a low A-, but I don’t really see it going up much higher than that.
